I ask myself over and over again "How do they do it at YankeeDoodle". I have never come across a company that strives on 100% customer satisfaction. I have placed several orders with YankeeDoodle and recommended many friends and they never fail to please. My last order was placed at 4.15pm on a Wednesday. It was picked, packed and on the van for next day delivery, arriving Thursday. How do they do it? Their communication by email is again 100%. You can email a question (about anything) and within a few hours they reply. It makes you wonder how a company like YankeeDoodle can offer such excellent service when other bigger companies can take several days to reply to an email and several days to even start to pick and pack an order for dispatch.
