- Free Delivery on all orders over £40 to most of the UK and a low £3.75 for orders under £40
- All orders are sent First Class post or Next Day delivery by courier ensuring your order arrives as quickly as possible (some Scottish Post Codes, NI and the IOW are sent Parcel force to ensure we can still offer you free delivery). There may be rare occasions when we use parcel force in place of a courier if your order is under 2kg in weight.
- We have two courier pick ups and 2 post office runs each weekday, we can also drop parcels off up to 7pm at night if required to get your order out as quickly as possible and we even post small items on Saturday mornings.
- We send all orders as quickly as possible our aim is to ship all orders within 24 hours of your order being placed some leave within an hour of being placed (see testimonials page) currently over 99% of orders are leaving within 24 hours. (Sun to Fri)

We do not sell on auction websites purporting to be cheaper, and then stinging you with high postage costs or sending the wrong product you dont have the same protection if something goes wrong on auction sites we have heard horror stories from customers about medium jars being sent instead of large jars, chipped ceramics, and goods never arriving.
