I placed a large order very late on Monday evening, and received my order by Friday afternoon. When I opened it I found that a small shade was broken. I e-mailed customer service on Sunday afternoon not expecting a reply until Monday - well they replied within about two hours and I received the replacement on Wednesday morning.
