Just wanted to write to thank you for yout speedy response to my faulty order. Very much appreciate how you dealt with my problem. I received a replacement for my 10oz Lem/Lav tumbler candle this morning and am extremely happy to say that this one arrived intact. This is the one and only broken Iitem I have received from YD and I am very impressed with how the problem was dealt with. Needless to say I shall carry on ordering from YD although I think my debit card sighs when I look at the new offers you have!!! Once again many thanks for yout prompt response. Sue B.
