Our customers know that we are already the fastest online store for Yankee Candles and the other products that we sell, but sometimes the post holds things up.....
We can only offer this service to the areas covered by our Courier, therefore we do have to exclude some postcode areas from the low cost upgrade option. We apologise in advance for this.
We have included an option for Higher Rate Postcodes, the cost is much higher, but for time sensitive orders, you are welcome to take advantage of this offer. This £7.00 option will guarantee Courier delivery to these postcodes.
We ship 98% of orders within 24 hours of the order being placed - and will continue to do so during strike periods.
The following Post Codes are in the 'Higher Rate Postcodes' list and are excluded from the £2.50 upgrade.

Please note - the value of the upgrade DOES count towards free gift totals.
We trust that customers will find this service of value during busy periods and during industrial action by Royal Mail.
By purchasing the upgrade we guarantee your order will be shipped by next day courier, which for 98% of orders placed before 2pm means next working day delivery - all orders must be signed for, so please enter a work delivery address if this is more convenient.
We do not guarantee a delivery day, as once the order has left us it is in a third parties hands, although they have almost a 100% success rate at next day deliveries.
NOTE : This upgrade does not queue jump your order, we still pick and pack all orders in date and time order, so at busy times it may still take 2-3 days for your order to arrive.
