I placed my first order last Saturday (15th) and was very pleasantly surprised to receive the items on Tuesday. I was somewhat disappointed to open the package and discover that one of the four tealight holders in the package was broken - particularly as this was to be a gift set. However, on completing a support ticket I received a very prompt reply from Richard and took delivery today of a replacement holder. This level of customer service should not go unnoticed, so thank you very much for making my first purchase from you such a good overall experience.
