All Zippo Multi-Purpose Lighters returned for warranty repair will be repaired free of charge or replaced, at our discretion. Damage to the Multi-Purpose lighter resulting from abuse or misuse is not covered by the warranty. The finish is also not warranted.

 

These lighters are refillable, if you return a lighter and it is not faulty, but is empty of gas, we will make a nominal return postage charge. These lighters are easy to refil and should as the warranty suggests, last a lifetime.
